The following states provide their residents with the right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information:
California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia.

As described in our Privacy Policy, we do not sell your personal information for monetary compensation. However, we may share your personal information with third parties for our business purposes, such as advertising or analytics, to serve you with targeted advertising or to perform analytics related to that targeted advertising. Targeted advertising refers to advertising based on your online activity over time and across different websites. Some state privacy laws classify targeted advertising as “selling” or “sharing” of your personal information.
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to opt out of our sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising.
To exercise this right to opt-out, you or your authorized agent may complete the “My Privacy Preferences” form below. Any information you submit using this process will be used only to process your request and will not be disclosed or retained for any other purpose.
The option to designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on a consumer’s behalf is available only to residents of the following states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, and Texas.
Please note: Under certain state laws, we are required to authenticate your identity before processing your opt-out request. Other states do not permit us to authenticate your request. If we are required to authenticate your request and need additional information to do so, we may contact you to obtain the necessary information to verify your identity and fulfill your opt-out request.
Global Privacy Control
For residents of: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, and Texas.
You may also opt out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Information for targeted advertising by broadcasting a Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signal. A GPC signal is an opt-out preference setting available through certain browsers or browser extensions.
To download and use a browser that supports the GPC signal, visit: https://globalprivacycontrol.org/orgs. Please note that you will need to enable the GPC signal separately for each supported browser or browser extension you use.
