Right to Know or Access My Personal Information.

You have the right to request confirmation of whether we have personal information from or about you.

Right to Data Portability.

You have the right to request that we provide your personal information in a portable and readily usable format that allows you to transmit that data to another entity. We may request additional information to verify your identity if you make such a request.

Right to Request Deletion of My Personal Information.

If you submit a request to delete your personal information, we will delete the personal information we hold about you, except for personal information that we are required to retain under applicable law. For instance, even if you request that we delete your personal information, we may not be able to delete information about your purchase history, account, or warranty information.

Right to Correct My Personal Information.

You have the right to request that we correct or update your personal information. Once we verify your identity, we will contact you to discuss and process your correction request.

Right to Obtain a List of Third Parties to Whom Personal Information Was Disclosed.

Certain states permit you to obtain a list of third parties with whom we have shared or disclosed your personal information.

Right to Appeal.

If we deny your request to exercise your consumer privacy rights, you have the right to appeal that decision. To submit an appeal, please provide details about your appeals request below or contact us at privacy@homeservicesprivacy.com. We will respond to your appeal within forty-five (45) days. Please do not include any sensitive Personal Information (i.e., SSN, driver’s license, or other government identification number, credit card numbers, or financial information) in the text box. If we deny your appeal, we will provide you in our response the reason for the denial and information about how you can contact your state privacy regulator.

CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS MAY USE AN AUTHORIZED AGENT TO SUBMIT REQUESTS TO EXERCISE THE CONSUMER PRIVACY RIGHTS ON THIS FORM.

We may deny a request from an authorized agent if we do not have sufficient proof of authorization.
